The four stages
- Your request. You choose the asset, the network and the address, and confirm. The casino's minimum and its fee apply here; Craze's FAQ says every withdrawal has both and that the fee is deducted from your balance.
- The operator's review. Before anything moves, the casino checks the request against its verification, anti-money-laundering and bonus rules. This is the stage that can take hours or days, and it is the one a speed claim rarely covers. Craze's terms, for example, reserve the right to ask for photo identification, proof of address, a selfie or a verification call "prior to granting any withdrawals".
- The broadcast. Once approved, the casino sends the transaction to the network. From here the time depends on the chain and the fee the operator pays.
- Confirmation at the other end. Your receiving wallet or exchange waits for its own number of confirmations before it shows the funds. Craze's FAQ makes the same point in reverse for deposits: some wallets want one confirmation, others three or more.
When a casino says a withdrawal is instant, ask which stage it means. Usually it means stage three: once approved, the broadcast is automatic. That is a real advantage over an operator that batches payouts, but it says nothing about how long stage two takes for a first withdrawal from a new account. Gamdom is a useful example of the gap between the two: its about page promises instant withdrawals, its help centre says five minutes to an hour depending on confirmations, and its terms allow large withdrawals to be paid in instalments.
The conditions attached
The fee and the minimum are the visible conditions. The ones that decide whether the withdrawal is approved at all sit in the terms.
- Verification
- Most operators reviewed here can play without documents but can ask for them before paying out. The verification guide covers what each casino says triggers a check.
- Turnover before withdrawal
- Some terms require a deposit to be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn without a penalty. Craze's terms waive the withdrawal commission if the deposit has been rolled over one time, and otherwise allow a fee of 8 percent with a 4 euro minimum, which the terms describe as an anti-money-laundering measure. Depositing and withdrawing without playing is not free at every casino.
- Bonus funds
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is complete. Craze's FAQ says a withdrawal request that is not covered by real funds is declined outright.
- Monthly caps
- A cap on how much can be withdrawn per month is common in offshore terms and rarely mentioned in marketing. Craze's terms set a maximum of 10,000 euro per month, reduced to 5,000 euro when the balance is at least ten times the total deposited. Check the review for the casino you use; where the operator does not publish a cap, the review says so.
- Same-asset rule
- Several operators pay a crypto withdrawal in the asset that was deposited, whatever currency the balance is displayed in. Gamdom's wallet guide is the clearest statement of this: a crypto wallet withdraws in its own asset, and changing the display currency does not convert the wallet.
Fees
Withdrawal fees at crypto casinos are usually the network cost plus, at some operators, a margin. Craze says its fees differ by cryptocurrency and change with network congestion, and tells players to check the fee on the confirmation page each time. Gamdom charges a variable fee that depends on the coin, the network and the processing speed you choose, waives it for VIP members, and publishes no minimum withdrawal at all because, it says, the minimum moves with the fees it is paying. Shuffle publishes per-coin withdrawal minimums on its blog and deducts only the network fee. Stake goes furthest: a help article dated August 2026 lists a minimum and a fixed fee for every one of its coins, one USDT to withdraw USDT, 0.00001571 BTC to withdraw bitcoin, and the terms still reserve the right to charge more. The reviews link to those pages rather than copying numbers that change weekly.
How CoinHero treats speed claims
No review on this site currently states a measured withdrawal time, because we have not run a dated test. Where a review quotes a time, it is the operator's own words and is labelled as such. When we publish a test it will record the asset, the network, the amount and the clock time at each of the four stages, and it will say that one test is one observation.
If a withdrawal is stuck
Check the pending withdrawals list in the account first; several operators show the stage a request has reached. Then contact support with the request reference and, once broadcast, the transaction hash. Do not open a second account to withdraw from; every casino reviewed here treats duplicate accounts as grounds to close both and withhold funds.
