What this site is
CoinHero is an editorial site about crypto casinos. It exists because most of the published information about these operators is either marketing or a review written to sell a bonus. Neither tells you the things that actually decide whether a deposit goes well: which networks the casino accepts for a given coin, when it will ask for identity documents, what a withdrawal costs and how long the operator says it takes, and which countries its own terms exclude.
So each review here starts from the operator's own documents: the licence footer, the terms and conditions, the help centre articles on deposits and withdrawals, the verification rules and the responsible gambling policy. We record what those documents say, link to them, and date the check. Where a fact is missing from the operator's pages, the review says not stated. We do not fill the gap with a guess or with a figure copied from another review site.
What we do not do
- We do not give star ratings or scores. A single number hides the trade-offs that matter to different players.
- We do not rank casinos by how much they pay in commission. Placement is explained on every page where it is not alphabetical.
- We do not publish withdrawal times we have not measured ourselves. Until we run and publish a dated test, the review quotes the operator's stated time and labels it as such.
- We do not publish reader testimonials. If a claim cannot be tied to a source or a test, it does not go on the page.
Featured placements
One casino on this site, Craze, holds a featured position under a commercial arrangement. It appears first on the shortlist and in the comparison table, and every page where it appears says so. The arrangement does not change how Craze is reviewed: the same nineteen facts are checked in the same way for every casino, and Craze's review records its restrictions and gaps like any other. Corrections
Operators change their terms, add coins and remove networks without notice, so a review can be out of date the day after it is checked. Every review shows the date its facts were last verified, and a fact more than ninety days old is treated as due for another check. When we correct a page we change the text in place and update the date at the top; we do not silently rewrite history. If you find a statement here that the operator's current documentation contradicts, tell us which page and which source, and we will check it again.
A note on the casinos themselves
Every operator reviewed at launch holds an offshore licence rather than one from a national regulator, and each excludes many regulated markets in its own terms; the review records exactly which, and whether Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States are among them.
