A ticker tells you the asset. It does not tell you the road it travels on. Tether (USDT) alone runs on Ethereum, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and several others, and a casino wallet that lists "USDT" usually accepts it on some of those networks and not the rest. Your exchange or wallet asks you to choose a network when you send, and if the one you choose is not one the casino supports for that asset, the transaction confirms on the blockchain and never appears in your casino balance.

What the operators publish

The better-documented casinos on this site are unusually clear about this, because it is the cause of a large share of their support tickets. Stake's help centre keeps a table of the networks it accepts for each of 22 coins, opens by telling you to "send coins through their corresponding blockchain networks", and then lists the networks it does not support, which is the rarer and more useful half. Shuffle's supported-assets article breaks each asset down by network, so USDT is listed with ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, Polygon and Solana, while USDC adds Base and Arbitrum. Gamdom's supported-chains article lists its eleven coins and the networks against them, and it is the page to trust, because Gamdom's older on-site FAQ still says BNB Smart Chain is not accepted. Craze's FAQ says the wallet screen shows every supported currency once you are logged in, so the list is in the product rather than a public page.

Each review records the networks to check for that casino, with a link to the source. Treat the review as a pointer, not as the final word: read the casino's current deposit screen on the day you send.

The four things that must match

The asset
USDT and USDC are different assets. Ethereum and an ERC20 token on Ethereum are different assets. The deposit screen names one.
The network
The network you select in your sending wallet must be one the deposit screen names for that asset. If your wallet shows the network by a different name, for example "BSC" against the casino's "BEP20", confirm they are the same chain before sending.
The address
Copy it from the deposit screen, and check the first and last characters after pasting. Clipboard-swapping malware exists.
The memo or destination tag
Some assets identify the recipient by an extra field as well as an address. XRP uses a destination tag and TON uses a memo. Shuffle's deposit guide flags these; a transfer sent without the tag lands in the casino's shared wallet with nothing to say it is yours.

Minimums, confirmations and fees

Every casino sets a minimum deposit per asset, and a transfer below it is usually not credited. Craze states that its limits differ by cryptocurrency; the other reviews record the minimums where the operator publishes them. The casino also waits for a number of network confirmations before crediting a deposit, which is why a transaction that shows as complete in your wallet can still be "pending" at the casino for some minutes. Craze's own FAQ puts the most common cause of a delayed deposit down to congestion on the network rather than anything at the casino.

The amount that arrives is the amount you sent minus the network fee, which your sending wallet charges. Check the received amount still clears the minimum, and remember that the same fee applies again when you withdraw.

If it has already gone wrong

Contact the casino's support with the transaction hash, the asset, the network you used and the amount. Some operators can recover funds sent on a supported network to the wrong asset contract; a transfer on an unsupported network is much harder, and the terms of every casino reviewed here make no promise to recover it. Do not send a second transfer to "test" the address until support has answered.

A short checklist

  1. Open the casino's deposit screen for the exact asset and read the network it names.
  2. Select that network in your sending wallet, not the cheapest one.
  3. Paste the address and any memo or tag, and check both.
  4. Confirm the amount clears the casino's minimum after the network fee.
  5. Keep the transaction hash until the balance shows.
